Brooks Sports Bar + Lounge in Bolton

I was waiting in line to order and the tongs fell onto the floor. I had a feeling that they weren’t going to clean them so I stared at them hoping that would change their minds - they didn’t and put the tongs back into the food. If this is what happens when customers are looking what happens when they aren’t? Also, there was a short black hair underneath all of the rice (I have blonde hair). This place is hit and miss but this is gross.

Slow service with very little care put into the preparation. The last 2 times I have ordered the shawarma was a mess (was not even wrapped properly) and the service was slow (several people ordered after me and served before). Visit one of Bolton's independent middle eastern restaurants for much better food and service.

I’m a regular there but thanks to the new staff I may be looking for a new place. Staff can make or break you so it’s best to train properly and know what you have. Very bad experience tonight and best part is, is I threw it out after one bite. Thanks for wasting my $$

I decided to try out this shawarma restaurant because of the reviews online. I am very disappointed in the meal quality. We ordered chicken and beef shawarma platters last weekend for pickup and this was the worst shawarma I have ever had. The food was extremely dry, not fresh and it gave us an upset stomach. Their website says to reach out to them with any concerns and I did that, but no one has gotten back to me or acknowledged what I wrote. Very disappointing especially because many negative reviews for this location are told to reach out in the same manner I did. There are many other better shawarma places in the Bolton area. Skip out on this place and go to one of the others.UPDATE: The owner of this location called me to discuss the situation and was extremely argumentative and rude!! He even hung up on me at the end of the call. Avoid this place at all costs! We will never be going back.

When the order is right, then it's great. Although the weekend is when it's a little slow and inconsistent, the employees are a bit slow and do not know the menu or value meal. I've gotten the wrong order made on Sunday, for their kebab dinner special I've actually received chicken on the Rox. I had to return to work therefore I was not able to let them know. Other than that the food is hot and fresh, speed of service is moderate, depend on the day. Sometimes longer wait than others.

Chicken on the rocks was the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I usually go to the one on Bramalea and sandalwood. They know how till fill the box.

Delicious They are efficient, price great for what you get.Did I say delicious. Oh ya right there but it was.

Amazing service !! Love the garlic sauce

I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s usually a hit or miss. They do not use the traditional Osmow’s hot sauce thus it taste different and not as good as other locations. The hot sauce almost takes like franks hot sauce 👎. The last time I came in I got in a couple mins before closing and were still accommodating which was nice.

I’m new to this take-out place , not sure of the menu. But was told chicken On the rox was good. So I ordered then I noticed u can do half salad half rice . So I asked the girl , she said yes. Next time just ask for half . Then SHE made my order. All rice 😂. She literally meant next time. It wasn’t busy just me . Not nice . I would have went back in, but they had a sign saying please google review . Ya know !

Finishing up my chicken on the rox for lunch and I found a piece of metal wire in the rice. I wonder how that got in there. The food isn’t bad. A bit overpriced. Not a big deal since I don’t eat out often. But this is something I do not want to find in my meal.

If you like to pay $10 for rice and sauce then you’ve come to the right spot! They do not give you enough chicken/beef when ordering it on the rocks. I’ve ordered from here since day 1 and each time it gets worse and worse so I’ve decided to leave a review. I can safely say I will never be going back.

Great place with great food and even better service. Forgot my wallet here and they gave me a call through my work (put in the work to find me) and got it back to me. Best place ever!

One of the worst osmows I have ever been too. Customer service wasn't good at all. Food was ok but their garlic sauce wasn't the same taste. May be its because of the wrong temperature! They need lots of hard work to improve customer services and food quality.

I have had better shawarmas given I live in Toronto and have been to more then 20 different place. With that being said, the place was nice and clean, the food has plenty of variety and tasted good. Its a good start for the city of Bolton.

The food is amazing freshly made & hot. The servings are huge and the prices are reasonable. The best part was the hard working staff! Definitely will be returning!!

We have been there 3 times Food is not that great. Filled with sauce and the meat wasn’t fresh. We asked the staff to change it... and we got attitude for days.There is definitely better shawarma places in Bolton

Came by this place for lunch. Couldn't have been happier with their fast friendly service. Food was great, fresh and fast. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Good value. Decent fast food counter. No frills. Definitely filling. Always too much sauce even when I ask for less. (How much do they normally use??)

Went there earlier today. Ordered some medium chicken on the rocks, once I got it there was no salad. I asked if its supposed to come with it and the lady said no... even tho the poster on the wall showed chicken, rice and a salad. Once got home both myself and my friends stomachs were upset... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

If there was a half star that's what I would give..The girls or lady that work there speak broken English and couldn't explain my meal.it didn't look like the picture. when it came I didn't want iti tried to change my order she gave me attitude..which made me even more angry..Sorry but I wouldn't recommen this place at all. Been there twice but never again.

On the rox photos appear to have way to much sauce! A coworker bought osmows for us one day for lunch and I couldn’t finish mine with all the sauce. I came and ordered a chicken shawarma it was alright but I was hoping that the chicken was a bit hotter the ingredients did taste fresh and I did like the bag around the wrapper of the wrap so that the sauce didn’t drip out other than that not the best location there is in terms of service.

My favorite dish is Chicken Shawarma Salad. Would have given it 5 stars however I think charging $0.75 per topping on a salad when they are free in a wrap is a bit much (I add parsley and turnip). Apart from that the food is delicious.

Food was good but took way too long... 20 mins to get my order... Shwarma isnt supposed to take that long. Also to go pitas are just placed in a bag without wrapping them????

Awesome food and great prices. Probably not their best location (Chrysler Drive and Williams Parkway much better). For 1st time visitors I would recommend chicken on the rock's and go easy on the spice level.

The owner and workers are pathetic, they don’t know how to talk to customers. Never go to this place. 🤬🤬🤬

Best everything

When they get it right, the food is amazing. They often do get it right. While they are consistent with the food, they are also consistently disorganized. They need a more efficient system for customers to pick up their food, perhaps calling a number found on the bill. The current method of auctioning off the item by name to whichever disorganized, absent minded customer steps up to claim what he thinks is his order, just isn’t working.
